Welcome to the Preventative Maintenance Program for the Administrative User Community, established July 1, 2003.

This program has been established through a collaborative effort between AACII, the Computing Support Working Group and Information Systems. It started with the identification of improved support for administrative computing as a hot button in 1999, and culminated with recommendations based upon a Pilot in the School of Science in 2002. An Implementation Booklet (in MS Word format) which includes background information as well as final recommendation is available for downloading.

As a participant in this program, you will receive...

  • Initial Assessment/setup of your equipment
  • Preventative Maintenance on a regular basis
  • Computing support via phone and email
  • Participation in quarterly meetings to address IT topics
