Distributed Information Technology Resources (DITR)
- Provide initial computing environment assessment
- Provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance
- Assist with the maintenance of the Administrative Computing Database
- Collaborate with AdminIT-help case managers
- Attend Quarterly meetings with DLCs
AdminIT-Help
- Provide phone and e-mail assistance
- Available Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm
- Provide response within a day
- Coordinate emergency dispatches within 2 to 4 hours
- Provide first and second level triage
- Coordinates with DITR
- Dispatch on-site emergency services as needed
- Awareness of DLC computing environment and standards
- Identify case managers who will monitor the cases
