Distributed Information Technology Resources (DITR)

  • Provide initial computing environment assessment
  • Provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Administrative Computing Database
  • Collaborate with AdminIT-help case managers
  • Attend Quarterly meetings with DLCs

AdminIT-Help

  • Provide phone and e-mail assistance
    • Available Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm
    • Provide response within a day
    • Coordinate emergency dispatches within 2 to 4 hours
  • Provide first and second level triage
  • Coordinates with DITR
  • Dispatch on-site emergency services as needed
  • Awareness of DLC computing environment and standards
  • Identify case managers who will monitor the cases
