Tech Talk If you're interested in mentoring young women in engineering while teaching them about your company, we have Tech Talks each semester that you can help us put on for our members! One example of a Tech Talk event was about what it's like to be the CEO of a company as a woman. We are open to diverse topics that would help our students in any way in their future careers, and we'd love to hear your ideas! For more information, please email the career development chairs Karen Li and Karen Zhou.

Annual Fall Career Fair and Banquet You're invited to the one of the most popular events on campus each year! Over 3500 students and alum show up to see over 40 companies! Be a part of it all! Click for more information!

Job Postings Would you like to post a job or internship opportunity that many MIT SWE engineering students will view? Click here to find out how you can easily post a job description opening!

A Day in the Life Of... Want to be the NEXT company on the homepage of MIT Society of Women Engineers? Know a female employee who would be a great role model for students? Email the Director of IT, Connie Yee for more information about how you can provide SWE members with an insider's look on the great things that go on in your company every day

This section will profile a new female professional from industry every two weeks from a different company. The profiles will describe the company at which she works, a typical day at work for her, as well as any career advice from her own experience she can offer to university students. While providing an inside look at the companies and jobs that MIT students hope to pursue in the future, these women will be positive role models who demonstrate great leadership and excellence in their respective fields of work.
