Musée de l’Orangerie
The Musée de l’Orangerie, situated near the Tuileries Gardens, is an art museum featuring impressionist and post-impressionist works. Some of the most famous and popular works in the museum are the panoramas of water lilies painted by Claude Monet. This museum is also not as overwhelming or daunting as some of the other art museums in Paris (Louvre or d’Orsay) and it is possible to digest most of it in a few hours.
