|Graduate Women in Physics|
Graduate Women in Physics (GWIP) is a group formed to foster community amongst women in the MIT Physics Department. While we focus on graduate students, we also try and create connections to post-doctoral researchers, faculty members, and undergrads in the department. We regularly hold events, including dinners roughly every two weeks when school is in session. We also share resources and advice with current graduate students, provide information and contact for prospective graduate students, and run a mentoring program for undergraduate women in physics.
