Limited Services for Residence Halls and Leased Buildings

Facilities staff maintains most, but not all, of MIT's campus buildings. The department supports the life safety and building systems for the residence halls. However, cleaning and basic repairs are handled by residence house operations managers and staff. Services for the buildings that MIT leases are usually provided by building management. The leased Cambridge campus buildings are listed below.
