I was filled with an immense sense of joy when I saw the first carload of the expected Randomites and SIPB folk who arrived at the Moxy concert. Four people I recognized walked in; not five or six, but four. With four people in a car, an extra, pathetic, lost one can always squeeze into the back seat.

I ran up to talk with one of the passengers as he got in line for his twenty-first Frühead stamp. He said that two more cars were on their way from MIT, and that, if only they'd had one fewer person, it would have been two crammed cars coming down instead of three spacious cars.

I thanked my lucky stars that someone had arrived. I was saved! I could go home Saturday night and not need to hang out in a tin trailer, drink myself into jail, or sleep on a train station bench.

I could finally sit back and enjoy the show. Let the second concert of the weekend begin!
