Control Systems

There will be three powerful computers on board. One helps in navigation, communication, control of water flow into the ballast tanks and other piloting needs, another is responsible for controlling life support equipment, and the third is for use by the scientists.

The computers will use the Linux operating system. All other software used by these computers will be provided by Caris (Marine Division.)
