Description
Brining samples into TRL/ICL from Harvard CNS is common, but depends on which tools the samples have been processed in. Therefore, it is still reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The main concern is cross-contamination particularly when samples have been in plasma etchers that also process exotic materials. If permitted to return, samples are usually classified as gold contaminated, i.e. RED. Contact Kris or Vicky for more details. Samples processed in CNS can be brought into EML without any special procedures, see Kurt for details.
