Grocery Shuttle

The MIT Graduate Student Council, the Office of Campus Dining and Star Market sponsor a shuttle to transport MIT students to and from the Star Market near Central Square. This service operates every Saturday morning, leaving Eastgate every 20 minutes between 8am and noon, and arriving at Star Market 15 minutes later. Along the way from Eastgate to Star Market, it makes other stops at: the corner of Ames and Amherst Streets; Ashdown; Burton-Conner; and Westgate.

The shuttle is a large yellow school bus that approaches Wadsworth Street from the Main Street corner. To catch the Grocery Shuttle from its first stop at Eastgate, wait across the road from the Eastgate main entrance.

Please note that due to traffic and construction around MIT, the shuttle may sometimes run off-schedule. Drivers attempt to correct for construction delays as much as possible.
