Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group

Chris Coronado was a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group from 1990 to 1994 earning a Ph.D. in 1994 from the Department of Material Science and Engineering. He conducted research in the growth of ZnSe using metal-organic molecular beam epitaxy, gas source molecular beam epitaxy and photo-assisted MOMBE on GaAs wafers resulting in a Ph.D. thesis titled "Growth and Characterization of ZnSe by Metalorganic and Gas Source Molecular Beam Epitaxy." He was Prof. Kolodziejski's first Ph.D. student. He is currently employed at Lockheed Sanders.
