Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group
Sheila Nabanja has been a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group since 2006. She is conducting research in the development and characterization of semiconductor based lasers resulting in a M.S.E.E. titled "Design and Fabrication of Quantum-Dot Lasers." She expects to graduate in 2011 with a Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.| Last update: 9/8/08 |
