Reginald Bryant has been a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group since 1999 earning a Masters of Science in 2001 in Electrical Engineering. He is conducting research in the design, simulation and fabrication of a nano-electro-mechanical optical switch resulting in a M.S.E.E. thesis titled "The design and fabrication of an optical nanoelectromechanical switch based in a III-V material system." He is currently analyzing and characterizing the latest fabricated devices. He expects to graduate in 2009.| Last update: 9/8/08 |
