Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group

Jody House was a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group from 1992 to 1997 earning a Ph.D. in 1997 and a Masters in Science in 1994 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She conducted research growth via molecular beam epitaxy and characterization via photoluminescence, x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and photoreflectance of ZnSe/GaAs quantum well structures as well as the characterization of ZnSe epilayers grown by molecular beam epitaxy, by metal organic MBE and by photo-assisted MOMBE using photoluminescence, resulting in a Ph.D. thesis titled "The Growth and Microstructural Characterization of ZnSe/GaAs Quantum Wells and Double Heterostructures" and a M.S.E.E. thesis titled "Optical Characterization of ZnSe by Photoluminescence." She is currently employed at Lupine LLC.
