Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group

 Yamini Kangude was a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group from 2002 to 2004 earning a Masters in Science in 2005 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She conducted research in the design, fabrication, and molecular beam epitaxy of InGaP/InGaAlP devices that emit red light resulting in a M.S.E.E. thesis titled "Red Emitting Photonic Devices Using InGaP/InGaAlP Material System." She is currently employed at Intel Inc.
